Great customer service!
I’ve had some defective furniture delivered to my house, Gary in the customer service department has been very helpful with the process to replacing them. Eddie in sales has also followed up with me after the sale. Great team!

I had an issue with one of my delivered items
I had an issue with one of my delivered items this morning and Gary was very helpful in resolving the issue so quickly with a replacement! The stress has left me! Thank you Gary for making it right!

Modani furniture San Diego was great!
We had a great experience with Modani furniture in San Diego from beginning to end. We ordered four leather barstools, a leather sectional, an electric reclining chair, and two side tables. The furniture arrived very quickly, within a week of ordering. The “white glove service” delivery was spectacular. Two guys showed up on time and were extremely careful with setting up our furniture. They left no packaging and were fast. Our leather furniture is high quality and we love it. I’d absolutely buy again here, and actually did buy more today! Both of our salespeople Alex and Ryan were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Furniture is MIA & terrible service!!
Bought 2 outdoor sectionals 4 weeks ago (was told in stock). Both the store & the website still say "in-stock" - yet I am still waiting for my furniture....4th of July weekend & nowhere to sit!!! I'm told there is a piece missing - how long does it take to get a piece?? Terrible service.
