Zero stars! 12 hours after booking our plans changed. NO REFUND!!! MobyTrip.com also lies! I definitely booked a refundable room. The hotel refunded the day that I booked directly through them. MobyTrip.com lies and scams.

Thank you for letting us know. However, this booking was made for a non-refundable room. While we understand plans may change, we cannot make exceptions when a non-refundable room is booked.

I booked a motel online got their on the actual date and the motel was temporarily closed due to busted pipes.. I've called and waited for a response on a refund which they said was confirmed and it's 2 weeks later nothing has happened.. they blocked my number and took my money which is ridiculous.. can anyone assist me on my next procedure I should take this has been a stressful experience..

Very simple. I went online and booked through them. I showed up at the hotel to find out there were no rooms available. I called customer service back who not only made me wait an hour but tried to negotiate with me a refund/return my money for their mistake

I was misled thinking I confirmed an Airbnb stay and it rerouted to this third party that is a scam. The hotel had no confirmation of my stay at all. The room they scrambled to give us by (finally) 1am was not at all the room I was charged for. Due to the staff unaware of my stay and even providing all the email confirmation from this company did not lead me to the correct room booked nor having any information regarding the stay. Charged way above retail value for the incorrect accommodation that took well over two hours to handle.

They said my total was just 44.95 do I agree I accepted then after the fact it says I had pay additional 20.33 cents it said TOTAL DUE 44.95 it's a scam n they argued me down saying the hotel can cancel no they can't fix mobys mistake n that I simply can't get my money back I started ask for supervisor none is available these are scammers completly

They didn't tell me that they didn't have a none smoking room and I have asma, but what they did told me is that no refund

All the other reviews are similar to mine.... Scam, charged me extra, never provided a receipt and are hard to work with.... charged me 147 to book through them with extra hidden fees they did not state. Could have just called the hotel directly and booked for 112 after tax. Dont use these guys they arent honest and arent providing value

Support was unable to assist me in getting my money back from a hotel I never stayed in. Support yelled at me calling me a liar instead of believing me, so now I’ve spent weeks talking to the hotel myself with Mobytrip not only just not helping in the first place but actually making things worse the whole time. Hire people that can speak English and can follow directions in calling hotels.
