Excellent helpful and surprisingly simple experience
The entire experience was simple and helpful (I'm ordering 2 units for my parents). Francine was amazing - called me back seconds after I made the online inquiry. The set-up is simple, she asks a few questions on what we need, and then recommends a system. The price was good compared to other companies, and there were no added fees like other companies have. In addition to kind and helpful customer service, what really stood out is that Francine asked up front if anyone receiving this device has a pacemaker because that is a safety concern and they have pacemaker-friendly options, so we didn't waste time going over things that didn't apply, but got right to the appropriate tools and I felt safer that safety was prioritized in the conversation. Also, I called back the following day to complete the purchase, and it was easy to reach her again directly, so I didn't have to start over with another representative. That saved a lot of time and made the process extra simple. Nothing changed, everything was as agreed, we confirmed, completed payment, etc... simple as it should be. Thank you!
