My first Mobile Alert box was sent to my home in MN. The pendant and charger were replaced. Then later the base due to reception( with AT&T). Now after several calls I have a set up that has all four bars for reception that is compatible with my Verizon. I wish the salesman in FL would have known the correct system the first time. It was a hassle to say the least and I did not feel as protected as I should have. The last gentlemen that helped send me the new base etc. was extremely helpful.

She was so very patient and kind with me . I had trouble writing down info etc due to pains throughout my body from the fall I had last night where I was on the floor for 6 hours.

Sales rep was great but when I called back right away because he spelled a name wrong I was on hold for 25 minutes to get it taken care of and still didn't. Was told to call the next day.

Stacie was very patient and answered all our questions without being in a hurry

since I am 83 years old I had my son and his son set this up for me. This was just to set initiate the alert. It was simple and easy to do.
