I had a very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful person, helping me. He was very thorough and was very helpful thru the process of setting up my new fall detector necklace and verifying my no fall detector necklace was still working.

I haven't had to use it, only once but it is well worth the peace of mind I have knowing that if I need it I can get in touch with help. I appreciated you working with me on the cost for my circumstance.

I’m grateful that your customer service gentleman decided my entire system needed to be replaced. My mobile unit kept telling me it needed battery when it is always plugged in when I’m not out. The cradle the unit sits in and the device totally died shortly before the replacement arrived. Your customer service reps are always very patient and cordial.

My experience today was embarrassing and frustrating. A two year old at our restaurant lunch table pushed my wrist alert button. I got the call, but apparently the Mobile Help person could not hear or understand me explain, because she alerted both my son 700 miles away and the EMT in the city where I was visiting. The EMTs called me, knew exactly where I was, and when I said I was fine, they cancelled the call. I also had a call from my son, which I returned to say I was fine. I am not sure why the Mobile Help rep could not hear or understand me on my remote. It was fully charged. If I had been hurt, I really would have appreciated the help, though, so I'd rather have too much attention than too little!

Called to changed credit card number for billing. Forgot date I called. Sometime last week. Representative took information and was polite.

I was having intermitant trouble making a connection with my old equipment and called Tech Support. They listened to my concerns and replaced my equipment in two business days. I now feel convident that I'll be able to connect in an emergency.

Excellent service
