I depend on Mobile Help to contact EMT assistance when I fall. I live alone and their service is vital to my well being. Part of my equipment was faulty and Mobile Help immediately sent a replacement. The new base monitor light is green and bright. Since it sits on my night table, by my bed, the green light is not as disturbing as the previous white light was. In addition, that color is somehow comforting. This improvement is welcome. Whenever I have occasion to call the service they are always helpful and courteous. Otherwise everything is perfect and the service is smooth and efficient. And the young EMT guys are adorable!

Efficient, kind, and prompt. It’s always good to get an associate who makes you feel important.

Great Excellent Great

Customer service is always excellent, knowledgeable, and easy to understand (speaks English well and articulates verbiage for the elderly/hard of hearing). I cannot stand to get foreign speaking individuals on the phone in a customer service department who cannot communicate effectively.

My batteries are not charging correctly on my equipment, so mobile help send me all new equipment and walked me through the simple setup. The watch wristband is much easier to use as it is soft and pliable and longer than the previous one.

Quick responses. Last time was a year ago June 21 2022.
