I really like the device when it works
I really like the device when it works but it stops working periodically. Because I've had problems one of your agents suggested I test ever week, which I have done for over two years. Several times the test call has not gone through and I get the message to call your customer service. Your agent then resets something and it works for a while. I, of course, am concerned that if I ever need help, the call will not go through. A couple of times I've gotten new equipment. Your agents are always kind and helpful.
