MobileHelpReviews of mobilehelp.com

You saved my life: The call button around my neck (I don't remember pushing it), the key in the lockbox on my door, the emergency info on the 'fridg door. I was in hypoglycemic shock & 'came around' only later in the ambulance. I would surely have died in bed were it not for Mobile Help. THANK YOU! I am your greatest sales promoter in northern Indiana!

Mobile Help has come to my rescue so many times over the years I have been enrolled. I do recommend Mobile Help as often as I have the opportunity.

responce time is good

I kept telling the operator I was fully conscious and in the middle of the street bleeding heavily from the fall. I kept telling her to hurry sending help but she was determined to go through her required steps and finally people stopped to help me and THEN the operator decided to send the help. I was already back in my house before two ambulances arrived! I would think there should be some kind of measure in place to place that call a lot sooner than what happened to me! I am considering going to another company. This is the first time I've really needed the help and I was not pleased with your service!

Always dependable , respectful, honest and communicative. I appreciate Mobile Help’s service. Very grateful for all that they do to keep me safe.

Everyone is very helpful and informative.
