Mark was very professional
Mark was very professional, patient and thorough. The only undesireable aspects were the unnecessary fees and the increase in monthly after a year for such a small service. Usually loyal customers are rewarded after a year of patronage not penalized. we will surely go elsewhere after the year is up.

The easy instructions were excellant
The easy instructions were excellant. The call for support was quickly answered and the technician was very clear, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. I feel fully capable of implementing this system with my neighbor if she is willing.

You are all very courteous and take the time to explain everything to me. You assure me that you will be there if I need answers. My only issue seems to be that I have a green flashing light off and on throughout the day and I was thinking that indicated there was no reception from the cell tower? dated November 10th Janet C. My experience with Mobile Help was abysmal.
My experience with Mobile Help was abysmal. I have never had such a bad experience. Would never recommend Mobile Help to anyone. Check with customer service, I'm sure they will remember me.They lost my entire online order and still sent me a confirmation number. I spent, days and many hours being bounced from tech support, to sales, to customer service. The did not call back when they said they would with a resolution. When I called back again to find out what ws going on they finally cancelled my transaction.
