I understood that I would receive paperwork to be filled in by me listing persons and or places to be notified should help from them be needed. ie ambulance, hospital (doctor), family members etc. So far I haven't found anything. Was I wrong in that assumption. I also didn't find information about using the wrist button.

I was actually looking for a place to write a compliment about Tony Martin, one of your sales people. First, the phone was promptly answered by Toni who has a voice of a person who should be on radio. I’ve been dragging my feet about ordering this type of device. Toni made ordering pleasant, easily understood, and painless. I dread talking to sales people on the phone. In Tony, you have an employee with excellent communication skills. He is polite, friendly, and an excellent representative for your company. Please thank him on my behalf. I hope you have some sort of reward system for exceptional employees.
