Wonderful to have peace of mind for relative who lives far away!
Sales lady was awesome! Explained the device well and glad to have the peace of mind for my sister. Only complaint is the weight of the device. Otherwise, so far very pleased!

I had a support call with Garmon He was…
I had a support call with Garmon He was very knowledgeable, calm, engaging and 100% focused on making sure my Dad and I were in a good place. Our exchange with Garmon is among the best customer service I have ever experienced.
