Very friendly and accommodating
Very friendly and accommodating. The most important thing is, they communicate clearly and if you don’t understand, they’ll insure that you do understand. Such an amazing company.

I have had numerous FALL DETECTIONS..
I have had numerous FALL DETECTIONS... when I have not fallen. I called and we tested the device 3 times by intentionally dropping it. It only detected a fall 1 of the 3 times. Thats is only 33% of real falls... and I had 5 alarms for "Falls detected" in one day that were not falls. This is my first week wearing it, so I am hopeful it gets better. The customer service techs were nice, but I am not sure we resolved anything.
