Talking with a human right away
I was suspicious that I couldn't get a quote online and had to talk to a person right away. I'm salesperson averse generally. Matthew wasn't pushy just informative and I appreciated that very much. It put me at ease. I'll have more to report once we get the device and put it to work.

NO notice of method of shipping .NO way to track it. NO mention of shipper. NO delivery update.NO notice of deliver.

very helpful in info given about system. but very disappointed in trying to contact you about set-up. called several times to talk to someone or have them call back like your system said = never received call bac k so makes me wonder if I fall how soon your system is going to responded. Pam Laforte
