The sales lady was very good and the equipment arrived as expected. The instructions however leave a lot of questions unanswered, such as what actually happens when you fall or push the panic button. Is EMS contacted right away or does MH call the person wearing the pendant first, then EMS? What happens when she/he pushes the wall button and is not close to the two-way pendant? When does MH call the people on the contact list? The instructions leave these and related key questions unanswered. I am going to call your 800 number to see if a live person can answer them and in general lay out what your protocols are and how you handle various contingencies. It might be useful to have some sort of YouTube tutorial on all of this. Another thing: All the online Docusign affidavits, disclaimers and other legal paperwork is so dense, confusing and otherwise unintelligible that I'm ashamed to say that I signed it without a clue what it's about. Some sort of plain language summary with emphasis on what the customer is getting into, would help.
