I’ve only been using the MobileHelp service for a few days. It was easy to set up and test. I called for more information and the representative was very helpful and answered all of my questions. So far, so good!

Sales and service folks were pleasant and not pushy. Price was less expensive then selected competitor. A major competitor (MG) actually insulted me. Extremely unprofessional. A lot of fast doubletalk.
