The fall button goes off too easily. 3 falls alerts on my first 2 days. Holding the button each time did not cancel alert. Announcing "Cancel Alert" when promted did not work each time. I had to use my mobile phone to contact the alert dispatch. The first time the alert went off it took a long time to connect to dispatch because there were too many calls in.
