So far so good. Bought 3 pairs...2 for hubby 1 for me. The wait time was wait they said it would be 2 weeks. We like the packaging that the shoes come in. They are lightweight stylish sneakers. I wear a 8.5 in women's and bought an 8 and they fit perfect. Didn'twant to go up a size because some shoes that are 8.5 end up being to big for me depending on brand. The soles are slick so wouldn't recommend them for a sports or running shoe.

The are the cheapest shoes I have seen since you could by flip flops in the grocery store, don't buy anything from them it is cheaply made with glue everywhere. These shoes are coming from China. They sent the wrong color and tried to say it was my free pair. But I still haven't received the ones I was stupid enough to pay for...They are scammer these shoes are horrible, I wouldn't even where them around the house. Another Chinese based retailer stealing from Americans.

My son bought some shoes from this company and did not like them. He didn't know how to do a return so he gave them to me to return. Right at that point Hurricane Laura was heading towards Houston so we into full prep mode, watched storm come through and then dealt with a day without power. When I finally got back to things it was days after we received them. I went to website and they have a 5 day policy. 5 Days? are you kidding me? Anyway I sent an e-mail to ask if we could exchange for another pair. They e-mail back NO. anyway, avoid anyone with a 5 day policy and anyone not willing to work with you in this new COVID world we live in. ...And like the other reviews, this junk is coming out of China! They won't ever get another dime from me.... Goodbye MLO But then they contact me. Sending refund and free shoes on one channel. On other stern customer service person directing me to ship back shoes at my expense and then they will send me the other shoes. Just finally got it boxed up ready to ship. Gotta update trustpilot review. Etc

I received my shoes today and have mixed feelings. The 2 week wait time was not unreasonable I buy a ton of shoes and if you purchase from GOAT or Stockx the said is normally much longer although it’s for verification reasons so so biggie there. My real complaint is how incredibly slick the sole is. It’s almost like slick plastic. Now I have to say I really like the look of the shoe and the color choices were great. My two bigger issues are that I wear a 10 so bought a 10 and I can’t get the should tight enough to feel safe running around or jumping in and that the reason I got them so I can keep my more expensive shoes off a old Dirty court. The bigger issue is there is little to no ankle support. Even walking up stairs they feel like they will fall right off. I do wish the company luck the shoe market is no game so if they made it this far they much be doing something right, just maybe not in the pair I bought

I received my shoes this week and i am beyond happy with them, i was surprised at how super comfy they are.. Delivery was slightly over what was advised but that would be because the postal service this side of the world is running on limited staff. would definitely have no problems ordering frim this company again

The shoes are not as advertised. The quality of the shoe is very poor and they're advertising themselves as a U.S. based business when the packaging and shoes themselves scream China. The location omwhere the shoe comes from wouldn't be a issue if the shoes were of good quality. Plus it took over a month for my shoes to arrive and they were in a bag. I don't recommend anyone buying these shoes especially for the price they're requesting. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

If I could rate this with negative stars I would! The shoes are super fake! Please don't waste your money unless you want to wear fake shoes! They're based in China but their website says that they're based in the US. Plus, They don't want to give you your money back!

I LLLOOOVVVEEE MY SHOES! It was exactly what I wanted and had no issues with the quality and packaging. Their customer service agents are the best - very responsive to my emails! All in all, my experience was a positive one and I am sure I will be purchasing more for the holidays..Thanks, MLO!
