Men's Luxury OutletReviews of mlo.shoes

I ordered EXXOs and DTSFs and loved them both, super comfortable and look just as good as the pictures! Shipping to the UK was also much quicker than expected so kudos for that, thank you MLO!

I recently left a 1 star after I didn’t receive my package right away. But Justin called me and emailed me apologizing explaining everything to me. I understand now this COVID-19 Is slowing down everything. He shipped my shoes the next day i absolutely love my shoes they look exactly how it looks online i will be ordering again soon. Im truly a happy customer I love their nice customer.

I put a 3 star because I’m in between. The shoes look nice. Was very excited. Added two pairs to cart then checked online for reviews. Reviews I see a few complaints about the quality or breaking upon or shortly after owning. And I see ALOT about how long it takes to receive. I see only Covid responses for these. I got shoes so I’m good. I just wanted them if they aren’t gonna snap on me like Walmart brand crocs. If it takes a bit I can wait I just don’t like being told 7-14 business days then checking reviews saying people waiting 14-30+...

The shoes are great thank mlo I going to shop again this is N

Ordered for my partner just over 6 weeks ago. The trainers look great, but on one of the trainers the connections for the trainers have snapped. Contacted customer services to be told the warranty is 14days and offered 15% discount on the next order which was is currently standard discount anyway. Not going to use a discount when the quality of the original order was so bad and only lasted 6 weeks. Paid over £60 for a trainer to last 6 weeks, not good quality and poor service to match. I expected better. Updated:- Credit where credit is due, MLO have reacted to this feedback and recognised the issue and so I have adjusted my review based on this. No company is perfect, but should be judged on how they react to customer feedback and to be fair, they have reacted really well since I’ve flagged this up on here, although would have been ideal if the issue was sorted initially. That said, it sounds like they are striving to learn and improve, and accept responsibility where it’s relevant, so fair play to them. The trainers are really comfy and look great so have adjusted the score to reflect product feedback too.

Very good shoes. Light and comfortable Excellent support from the customer service department 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered my shoes on the 16th of June and have not received them yet (it has been 49 business days). My order started to ship on the 19th of June but I have not received the shoes nor any updates. The tracking status is also expired so I don't even know where my shoes are. There is no way shipping takes this long, even during the pandemic and they still have the audacity to still send me promotions via text for new shoes when my shoes haven't even arrived yet.

Great Company, Great Product! Had a small issue with shipping but the customer service agent was very helpful and everything was resolved!
