Hey there Ghana, we estimate three weeks for free shipping on our orders, although with the holidays we are seeing a small delay at the moment! That being said we are still within the estimated timeframe right now so I hope you can bear with us just a little longer and you will be trying on your new shoes in no time :)

With many stores closing due to the pandemic and online shopping at an all time high, the postal system is overwhelmed and we as a company are doing our best to deliver despite this global situation. UPDATE: I've reached out to Anna via email regarding her tracking number and reassuring her package has shipped! Hey there Anna, I looked into your order and emails with our team and would like to reassure you that your order has indeed shipped! The package is simply subject to the delays that we are seeing in light of Black Friday having passed and the holidays right around the corner. Due to the severe strain that USPS and many other carriers are currently going through, there's a backlog in passing tracking details back to our team, for which we truly apologize. What my colleague was offering was to see if we could contact the post office to divert shipment, as you mentioned that you would not be able to receive the package at the address provided. I've asked Trustpilot to put us in touch so I can see whether this still may be possible - I understand that Christmas is a very busy time for us all but I'd like to personally ensure that we are doing everything we can to ensure your order reaches you in as timely a manner as possible! :)

I looked into your order and can reassure that your shoes have shipped - our carriers are definitely working through a pretty insane amount of orders right now due to Black Friday and the holidays and updates on tracking are a little delayed. We still expect delivery around the three week mark, so you should be seeing these arrive this week!
