Do not buy shoes from this company. This company has horrible customer service. I purchased shoes in December I still have not received them to date is January 7. I reached out to customer service three separate times, their customer service team responded by saying why do I want to cancel my order and I haven’t heard anything back from the company. I wish you could see the email they sent back horrible customer service. I normally never write reviews but this company really push my buttons how they respond it to me I asked to cancel my order to date I have no resolution I will continue to share my experience with everybody so they know do not support this company. During these times of Covid when people are low on money how dare does company treat people like this during these rough times. They should be ashamed of their selves

I would stay away as much I can because I do not trust this company at all. So I ordered 3 pairs for about $300 on Dec 18th 2020. I paid $60 for expedite shipping thinking I would get before the Jan 5th 2021 according to what their information said on their website. So as it was getting close, the tracking number that I needed had taking so long so I had to contact them to give me some information and oh by the way they responses to my email sometimes takes 3 days and that is why I posted my first review about them. So recently I received the tracking and today I was trying to track my package and it say failed attempt because DHL try to deliver my package in Seattle WA...but I am in Tucker GA. So I would warn you so you do not go through this frustration because I was looking forward to get my package by tomorrow Jan 5th let me forget it and may be my money is gone too. So its up to. I provided my info to the CEO who reached out through in a reply for my order number and I provided them with it about 2 days ago and I have not heard anything other than tracking my package today according to the DHL tracking number they gave and it was being delivered in Seattle WA.

Ordered my shoes Dec. 26th 2020 and received it today January 4th, 2021... Was nervous about the sizing, i wear a size 10 in men. Tried them on today and they fit great and even had a bit of room in it. shoes are very comfortable, they’re light weight and stylish. I love them.

The pair I received looked fine until I went to tie them. The bottom right loop holding my laces broke. The first time I went to tie my shoes. Not buying them again to bad

I'm only doing 3 because I have not received them yet so I will update when I do. But for now I do 3 because when I ordered my 9 pairs some of them said LIMITED EDITION. I come back to look at what is sold out and I see the same exact shoes just a different name and not limited edition. I honestly bought them because alot of people wouldn't have them but yall are just changing the name of the shoe. Exxo to xtc or something what's with that.

I love my shoes! I was hesitant like everyone else for months but decided to finally order. I made my purchase the day after thanksgiving and out of concern from the bad reviews stayed on top of the tracking daily! After several emails sent and great communication from customer service, I received my package via USPS the week before Christmas and I’m very satisfied. Although it’s holiday seasons and a pandemic, I would advise customers to keep in mind that depending on where you’re located, it could take up to a month plus.

I’ll go barefoot before I order from MLO again. They have excuse after excuse rather it be the pandemic or USPS. Ordered November 27th, received December 31st. Shoes came from China, which was not known to me at time of order. As for the shoes, they are shipped inside of a black bag tightly wrapped in white shipping plastic that fit in my standard mailbox. Shoes look like a cheap Knockoff. Glad I bought them on Black Friday at 70% off and didn’t pay full price. I’m a shoe fanatic and every pair I own are the same size. However, the pair I just received are a size larger than normal. To big of a hassle to return and wait who knows how long for another pair. Will make great shoes to mow the lawn in. Don’t waste your time or money.

Would love to give a great review but....still don't have the 3 pair I ordered. Ordered on Nov. 20th and it's Dec. 30th. When I contacted customer service they said 'yes sorry, it usually takes 3 weeks to get them here'. It's been almost 6 weeks and they can't give me any tracking info. Not happy.
