The customer service is very bad they dont have a working number to call for information on your order they only got email and u can't cancel your order once placed very bad service dont buy

Mlo shoes has done a superb job at trying to maintain a real authentic presence; if look closely you’ll notice something is amiss. The shoes that are very well advertised by this small company can also be purchased from Ali Express or Amazon for a much cheaper price. Oddly, there is quite a large variety of similar type shoes or “knock offs” as the company exclaims. ...but who from Mlo is designing the shoe? Well, I guess someone is. The shoes with the Mlo logo on the tongue are customizable shoes anyone can purchase from Ali Express and guess what? They’re much cheaper there. This company does not offer refunds, is not transparent about shipping information and does not seem authentic. Multiple customers have similar complaints about this company about their lack of refunds, lack of transparency and inauthenticity. Their website is hosted by Shopify. If you’d like to purchase this shoe for a reduced price or if you’d like another color-way, visit the Ali express or look around elsewhere first.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. First off please DO NOT order from this company. They get the shoes from Chinese merchants, which makes me wonder if this company is actually minority owned. The tracking they provide is not accurate! It’s like they issue a fake tracking number and when you reach out to them, the tracking is “updated”. I ordered three pair of shoes for my nephew who’s in the Navy. Waited over the “14 business days” and only received two pairs of shoes, when I was suppose to get a third pair free. The so called “logistics part” of the company is sending my third pair now as type this. I no longer want the shoes nor do I need them. I bought the same ones for my nephew before he left the states for a lower price. This is a product that you can purchase on other websites. They said the other shoes are are knockoffs but it’s not true. I have the pictures to prove it. All I want is my money back. Please DO NOT PURCHASE from MLO. I will update if they decide to issue a refund. They DONT issue refunds, only store credits.

My order was delivered to the incorrect address,the tracking app initially displayed an entry stating address was adjusted. I tried to call customer support they don't take calls. I emailed them, and did not get a response. You are risking your money, if you do bussiness with them.

A follow-up from my last review. I’d the wait is worth it. The shoes are very comfortable and don’t lack anything. I’d recommend them if you can handle the 2 week delivery.

their processing takes forever! you can’t even track you order! and the worse i pay additional for expedite shipping and ask them where’s my product through email they said my item was not shipped through DHL and i have to wait 2-3 weeks! never ever buy on this scam website save your money update: it’s been a month since i placed my order and still don’t have it! customer service said they cannot provide any tracking details or cannot locate my package and can’t give me a refund what a joke right! stay away don’t buy save time and money for stress free!

I ordered my shoes oct 27th and still waiting on my order. As of now the status says received, I desperately needed these shoes for my job. I need answers ASAP

I ordered my shoes in October 10, it’s now November 12 and haven’t gotten my shoes yet. I am giving three stars bc they are nice echoes and the company is polite about everything. I just want to get clarification of why my shoes have been in transit for two to three weeks now.
