Hey James - we usually expect around 1-4 business days for tracking info to be passed back to us from the carrier, but there is a small delay at the moment with FedEx due to all that's going on in the world. Rest assured that your shoes are still on the way! The shipping email should be arriving with you in the coming day or so. :)
