I ordered a pair of shoes from them 3 weeks ago. I still haven’t received them. I haven’t even received the email with shipping and tracking info they said I would receive within 1 to 4 business days. This place is a joke and especially since I’ve read other reviews who have been waiting weeks longer than I have.

Ordered a pair of shoes on December 17. Still have not received them, and they have lied repeatedly that they cannot be canceled because they have shipped. I am beyond frustrated with the dishonesty and dreadful customer service. These were to be a gift for my great niece starting nursing school. 40 days later, still no shoes. Disgraceful. On 12/23, an email said it had shipped. On Jan, 14th, I requested a refund cause it had not moved. You denied it, cause it had “shipped.” On 1/22, the tracking said a shipping label had been printed, Forest Park Georgia, USPS awaiting item. On 1/29, departed shipping partner facility, still at Forest Park, awaiting USPS.

I ordered the yellow pair in a 7 men’s due to them being out of my size in women. I wear an 8.5 in women. I must say these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever purchase. I ordered January 5, 2021 and they came in today January 23,2021. They came in a bag with the straps inside the shoes.

I ordered my shoes over 2 weeks ago on Jan 5th and still have not received them. Very little communication. I would not being ordering from them again. I try and buy from Small business to help out but this is a first of no communication from the company. Look at all the reviews I plan on contacting the BB company and report. This is a lot of negative reviews and this is not okay to treat Customers in this fashion. Everyone should report them. Update on order- I received the shoes when I was out on vacation 3/5/2021. Not sure how well the shoes are but I donated them to charity. I did t want to go through the return process, because if it was anything like the delivery process, I would be disappointed again. Hope they do well. I will never order from them again. I am sure someone will appreciate them. Good luck!

I placed an order December 29th, it gets a label created on Jan 5th.. gets sent out Jan 20th and arrived Jan 22nd... Didn't open them yet.. will update this review. Hoping it was worth all the hassle and extended wait time.. So I opened it, it comes in a regular packing bag like one you would get with a shirt that gets shipped to your house. Inside are napsacks with the draw strings with each pair in it. I honestly thought it would be better and I'll try it again but from the feel and they way it fits on my feet.. not a huge fan. Feels light but cheap light and that's weird coming from a shoe priced in the same ball park as jordans.

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 2nd of Jan and still have not received a tracking number. I’ve also sent an email and was told they were checking into it..this was last week..I’ve still heard nothing from them. This is ridiculous.
