Men's Luxury OutletReviews of mlo.shoes

I have order my sneakers on July 13 2022, it supposedly shipped on July 19 2022. Today date is Sept 7 2022. Almost 60 days I have not recieve anything. If you want to wait almost 60 days like me to recieve nothing this is the place for you. I emailed them several times, all they do is apologize and say the product is coming. As a company if you fall short resolution is a way to go. They offer none of those things.dont waste your time or money

I place an order order on 8/16/22. On 8/19/22 I received a notification that my order was on its way. To date I have not received the items purchased nor any notifications on the status of the order. I am requesting my order be cancelled and any payment received be returned to me.

My shoes never came. I spent over $60 for them. Please do not order from them. They will continue to write you emails to say your order is on the way, but it will never come.

Still haven’t got my shoes

I couldn't tell you very much about the product because the date the product has not arrived. I got a notice a week ago that it was on the way and I ordered it a week or a week and a half prior to that and it's not here yet.

Update from my previous review on 8/29. Day 72 no shoes - if you all buy from this company, don't say we didn't warn you! They can't provide me an update and won't refund my money. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I don't recommend anyone else does either. 9/26 update - still no shoes and they will not issue a refund - worthless company and terrible customer service. If I could give a negative 5 I would, they don't deserve a 1 star review..

I ordered my shoes on 7/15/2022 and they arrived on 8/24/2022. First of all, they arrived in a shipping pack and not a box, but no damage was done to the sneakers. I tried them on and they were very comfortable, although they didn't feel snug on my feet as I expected. Today (8/26/2022) I decided to wear them and as soon as I tried to tie them up one of the shoelace loops popped!!!!! Now what am I going to do?? To me, to have to send them back the same route they came (which took almost 6 weeks) and to have to wait that long for a refund is not worth it to me. I feel like I got robbed. I JUST WON'T EVER BUY ANOTHER PAIR.

They did take forever to get here. But they were worth the wait. Yes they are very lightweight. I have high arches. They hit the arch perfect. I would say wait until they go on sale. I see the ones I ordered are now on sale. Bummer.
