Waited a month for product and still haven’t received it

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company, having ordered from them before, I felt the shoes did their job. Not great quality, the sole will come out after multiple uses, but for what they were and priced, I went back for another two pairs. I ordered the shoes at 8/4/2022. As of 9/27 order# MLO106982 has been shipped, and apparently stuck in customs hell ever since. I requested a refund on this order or some sort of good will given how long it has been to receive this order. They refused to provide a refund given it has already shipped, and remains in customs as of this writing, and the best they could provide was a $15 gift card for the inconvenience. Avoid standard shipping, this company, and their customer service at all costs. You will be out of your money with no shoes in sight after 8 weeks (and counting) waiting on your order.

I ordered 3 pairs of your sneakers durring the promo you had buy two get one free I have still not recieved my other twom pairs you only sent one, this is the second time I have expressed my concern the first time I was told not to worry there would be delivered well it is almost October I orderd this in August where are they

i placed an order on 07/18/22 and another order on 07/21/22 it's 09/26/2022 and haven't recieved the merchandise yet Reached out to their support by email neumrous times requesting a refund and they keep telling me we will look into it then said we can't refund you as it's in transit. It's been in transit since 0719 & 07/22. you recieve an email right away letting you know that the order was shipped just to justify billing you. It's a scam, stay away from them. i wish i read some of the reviews here before purchasing. i will be putting a complaint through BBB and requesting a dispute through my bank.

Ordered in August and it is now the end of September and I still don’t have my shoes. It’s been stuck in transit for 34 days with zero updates and customer service will literally just tell you to wait. I asked for a refund and they said “sorry, we don’t do that.” So I had to help them be better at customer service by showing them they can do SOMETHING to rectify this situation like offer discounts or what not. Incredibly disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Been waiting on my son's shoes for nearly 3 months and they still haven't showed up. There has been no tracking updates and all I get is the run around when I reach out. They refuse to refund my $160 nor will they send me my shoes. Do NOT order from this company!!!

Didn’t even want to give it a one star I ordered back in July and still can’t get a tracking on it said they can’t call me because they don’t have a hotline only social media. Then wanted to insult me with 20% off next purchase. I have spent $120.00 too much there and will NEVER spend another dime.

I ordered MLO's walking shoes weeks ago and became concerned when it took a while for them to arrive, so contacted MLO. The next day I received a customer service reply to my email enquiry. Then, the same day, I received the shoes in my mailbox! I LOVE these walking shoes; they are like walking on air. Thank you, thank you MLO shoes, your product is everything you claimed!
