Men's Luxury OutletReviews of mlo.shoes

I'm really glad I read the reviews first. I'm never going to order anything from "MLO". I gave 5 stars to all of you review writers (Not the fake ones that are probably the owners of the scam company) you guys are saving us from bad experiences!

I ordered a pair of sneakers on June 28 and on June 30th, they shipped. I ordered them for a vacation I had coming up on July 23 and it is now Aug 11 and still have not received the sneakers. So they did not go on vacation with me. I reached out to customer service and all they said is we assure you they have been shipped and are in route to me. They keep emailing me to leave a review but I have nothing to review. I am very disappointed with my shopping experience with them. I asked if they could reach out to the shipper and they simply replied the shipper will update them with details. Have not heard anything after reaching out multiple times. I’ve never had any item including items shipped from Europe and china ever take almost 2 months and still nothing delivered. Unacceptable shopping experience.

Made an order 7/4/22 and it is 8/7/22 and I have not received it. I emailed them on 7/28/22 and was told per policy they cannot refund it, again claiming the order is en route. Do not buy from them !

Let me tell y’all this shoe is the best look in Fashion an comfort long lasting Im proud to wear these shoes MLO I’m about to buy another pair just because it’s on sale it will be my 5th pair

I will say this. The truth about the company and the shoes. First to start the best customer service. Received my shoes fast. They are made so well. I’ve had a pair over 1 1/2 years and still perfect shape. Wear them all the time and no wear and tear. So so comfortable. Under two weeks to receive which is the norm. The company is truly a give back company which is hard to find. Read the bios and don’t believe all those bad reviews. There’s two sides to every order. Give them a shot. And the subscription service is such a smart idea! I’m a customer for life. MLO is AOK

I had Guillain-Barré virus, I searched everywhere for a good pair of shoes could not find a pair until I read about MLO shoes. My feet really feel the love coming from these shoes, they are the best ever, I told my sisters about it and my husband. I ordered two more pairs and forgot to check my size of my shoes, I emailed MLO, And they took care of it right away and changed the correct shoe size. So, thank you very much MLO!!!!!

WORST company ever! shoes are uncomfortable, shipping took 2 weeks longer than expected. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION! They will bill you well after you cancel. Customer service was very unhelpful. I rarely write these but they are a 1/10 - straights-up horrible experience

Has been a month and still haven’t received my order. Will never use again
