Terrible experience! Do not buy from MLO. There is a total lack of communication and clarity from their company related to shipping, shipping times, etc. I ordered on December 13th and I'm writing this review on January 4th. As of now, I still have no information on where my order is because the tracking link only shows that the order has been received. I wrote and complained to customer service because I had been expecting to receive my order within a couple of weeks. No help. They were unable to provide any clarity on when I might receive my order or even where it is. My guess is their business model is de facto drop shipping from some Chinese factory and they don't have any idea on how their shipping partner operates. Go read the comments on their Instagram posts. I am not the only one with this exact same problem. DO NOT BUY FROM MLO.

I would give this a five star, but one of the shoes that I ordered a month ago and never came. Everything else I bought was delivered in a timely manner.

I ordered a pair of 7 women shoes but received size 5. Customer service is shipping out another pair, so I’m excited.

My fiancé ordered a big mystery box. After the order I was skeptical due to not receiving any info after the purchase and reading these reviews. My box came as advertised with 5 pairs of shoes and a hoodie sweatshirt. The only reason for the 4 stars versus 5 is two of the shoes were too small. Not a huge issue as they were not my style. I love the other three as they are of good quality and lightweight. I get compliments all the time from people thinking they are Jordans or Nike. Thank you. I guess we’re one of the blessed customers. Thank you MLO.

I ordered my shoes over 5 months ago and have had no shipping updates. I never got shipping updates but the shoes arrived on 1/25/2023– almost 6 months later!!!!! They are comfortable but I’ve purchased 2 pairs since they were ordered since I couldn’t wait any longer.
