I order two pairs of sneakers. Got DNa T650 within a week. But, I never received the DNA T240 and when I go to track item just says order. The customer service representative respond in email saying my order has been shipped but it has now been 4 weeks. Disappointing and won't support.

I ordered a 7 in women's and received my shoes today in a size 5. I tried to exchange them, and I was greeted with they are not eligible for return. One of the shoes have a glue mishap and is uneven in the front. The shoe is much darker than what's pictured.

Worst of the worst.Never do business with them.Order 2 pairs of shoes worth more than $150.Never got the shoes and they dont want to issue a refund.Scammers.

I made my first MLO shoes purchase on Black Friday 2021. I loved the shoes and the quality of service, so I decided to order some more shoes this year. I reached out to support because I was supposed to get a free pair of shoes for spending more than $75. I did not receive the free pair of shoes and have been following up with support through email. They initially responded and asked for a photo of the shipping label. I sent them the photo and have not heard back from them. I have replied a few times asking for an update and have not heard anything back. It feels like I am being ghosted. Hopefully they will resolve this issue in a way where I can confidently leave them a positive review. I really want MLO to be a good company because I love their shoes.

Ordered these shoes for my nephew on 11/25/22 because I saw Jason Derulo wearing them well let's just say I'm still waiting on my nephews shoes. This is so disappointing that a company is operating like this and using celebrities. I guess Jason didn't check reviews either or he doesn't care either way I plan to dispute this charge and purchase something for my nephew from a reliable source. Support @mlo is also non responsive. Well one good thing is I have a paper trail of emails showing no reply back from them so that will help me to dispute the charge. God luck everyone!

They do not reply to emails, and on the off chance they do, they do not answer your questions or solve your problems.

I cannot comment on quality because I have yet to receive shoes. Ordered shoes for my 13 year old November 9th, 2022 and Received a shipping notice email on November 16, 2022. Website indicates standard shipping is 3-9 business days, however our order is stuck in info received. Contacted via email ( no phone number, red flag) to inquire, MLO Customer Service responded with a vague generic email. I will not be ordering from MLO again.

Only giving a star at all so I can blast them! I ordered a pair of shoes for my son's bday mind you a working single mother with no help and for his BDAY and no word on anything until low and behold they send an email wanting me to review the shoes we NEVER even received! I am so disgusted in this company! No shoes no money back just a bunch of bs emails with empty promises!! Straight passport service and not even a phone number! Glad to know I work for whoever the hell owns this bullsh*t company!!!!! I want my damn money back!
