Haven’t received my order in a month

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE. I ordered my shoes in November and still have not received them. Tried contacting them. They kept telling me it’s on the way, it’s on the way. Well…. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Even had the balls to send them a review on how the shoes were that I never received. Complete crap. And since it’s been too long credit card company won’t refund.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes for my son's on December 7th. Still no shoes, tracking info just says awaiting courier pickup but yet when I email customer service they claim they were shipped on December 13th and to check tracking info... When I send screenshots of tracking info showing they've not been shipped they just said to be patient that they've shipped. I filed a dispute with cashapp who even with proof refuses to help me get my money back bc I made the purchase even tho I didnt get the merchandise.

Do no order shoes - placed order in August and still do not have the shoes -- funny enough got emails asking me to review shoes that I never received.

The company does not send their shoes. Out of a total of 4 shoes, with one being a gift for the other ones that didn’t come only one came, and it was one from my initial order of 3 shoes. Although they refunded me, it takes 3 months to determine that your shoes are not coming which I think is a waste of time and should be shortened to one month. In addition, I’ve seen several reviews of the same thing happening to others which is very disappointing. They need to work on supplying customers with what they bought.

Ordered a pair of shoes back in August 2022 it is now Jan 2023. I never received the order supposedly it got lost in transit. I emailed them back in November and that is what the person emailed back. It got lost in transit they were going to order and resend another one out. I haven't heard anything from them since November 2022. At this point I just want my money back and never going to order from this site again. By the time I do if ever receive the shoes that I ordered my son will not fit in them!

Almost 1 month since ordered and no shipping record.
