Lighting is so important in an interior, but good design can be so expensive. The bedside lamps I bought from Mitzi are more interesting, unique, and attractive than choices in other brands that cost a lot more.

No shipping confirmation, website account doesn’t have correct information, no one responds to customer service emails, charged twice for lights which shipped twice. Refused to refund money when lights returned. Worst customer service ever. Lights are nice but not worth the hassle and expense.

Mitzi has gorgeous lights and great customer service. I didn't like the way one of the sets looked when I saw it in person but they took it back no questions asked

Description didn’t make clearmor obvious the wall sconce had no switch. Had to spend extra $ for my electrician to convert a switch. I was sent a 20% for my next purchase but it expired a couple of days before I went to use it. Customer service was unable to give me a new code :(

Hey Kristen, We appreciate your feedback. Our website does not state that this fixture is a plug-in or that it has a switch attached to the fixture itself. Our Renee collection has a plug-in version here https://mitzi.com/Product/HL249101-AGB/BK. We offer promo codes throughout the year. These promo codes expire after the sale period. We're sorry to hear you missed a promo sale, but please keep in mind we always have promo sales, and you will be in the know if you have registered to receive text messages or emails from our website! Thanks. Lovee & Light, ~Mitzi Team

Received damage light. I have left numerous messages requesting a new light or replacement for broken shade and have received no response. Don’t order from this company

Hi Renee, We appreciate your feedback and apologize that one of your sconces arrived damaged. We have reached out to you via email twice now in reference to your issue. You should have received two emails from our [email protected] email. Please check your spam/junk folders as sometimes our emails will end up there. We would love to make this right by either sending you a replacement glass or an entire fixture! Whichever is needed to make this right for you. We appreciate your business. Respectfully, ~Mitzi Customer Service Team~
