Filthy excuse of a business. Emailed them on cancelling my subscription, no response. Clicked hibernate the subscription (kicked me from using the subscription but STILL charged me.). Its an absolute fraudulent scam. Save yourself the nightmare.

My experience using Mindgrasp has been great. I love how it organizes my notes into AI summaries. I like the option of creating flash cards, quizzes, and I'm also able to customize my request of making additional practice questions in the search section. It has also made my studying more organized as well, which has improved my grades. I highly recommend Mindgrasp.

I wish i could gove zero stars. They are scamming people, charged me thrice and when I disputed the paymnets they are now trying to blackmail me with legal action. Shame on them i will fight against this company till end. And will present all the reviews on how they are making fool of people.

I would strongly advise students and other users to be cautious with Mindgrasp’s billing practices. I am a student and do not have unlimited financial resources, yet my card continues to be charged for a subscription that I cancelled nearly two years ago. I cancelled my Mindgrasp subscription in March 2024 and received written confirmation that it had been terminated. In January 2026, I was unexpectedly charged again. Support refunded the charge and assured me in writing that no further charges would occur. Despite that confirmation, I have now been charged again in February and March 2026. I contacted support on February 12 requesting clarification and confirmation that my billing profile had been fully removed. I have received no response, and the charges continue. At this point, this is no longer a simple billing mistake. My account was cancelled nearly two years ago, yet the system continues to charge my card.

Stay away from this unethical company, they will set up a subscription trap. If you can get out, you are lucky. This is a very typical Chinese style subscription trap. After I go over the entire unsubscribe process, I KNOW! There are unethical people running the company! I KNOW, because I AM CHINESE, I know all their tricks too well! STAY AWAY!!! If it's too late, call your bank, check your statement. Leave bad reviews!

SCAM. If I could give this company a zero, I would. I was charged for a subscription after I cancelled the free trial. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the support team since January, but I have yet to receive a response. The customer service is shocking, and I would urge others not to sign up for this service.

These scammers kept trying to charge my card. Thankfully I changed it to a prepaid one and blocked them on my legitimate card so they weren’t able to get a single cent of my hard-earned money. Why don’t they, instead of trying to put in effort writing these fake reviews, why don’t they put in effort to get an actual job like the rest of us? It’s legal and you don’t have to rob people! Works wonders
