This program is in depth and I find it even more helpful than going in clinic for treatments. They highly encourage you to use your neuroplasticity window to the fullest so you can make positive changes in your life. Everyone is so kind and helpful from the providers to the care team. There is a special comfort in doing the treatments at home as well, it allows you to be comfortable enough to dive a little deeper.

I had a very positive experience with Mindbloom. The program is professional and effective, and I am feeling much better. The staff are friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend it to others - it is surprising that it isn't already more widely adopted.
