Genuinely happy. Great support, tons of useful and valuable and understandable cognative behavioural support programs. Very well designed and high quality soft box housing accessories-journal , cuff BP meter, quick start manual and medicine arrives promptly and perfectly packed. But bottom line, the treatment works for me and that makes it worth more than any cost

The sessions made my depression and thoughts of suicide more intense & painful. I was hoping for some relief, from feeling terrible but it looks like this therapy isn't for me. It actually made it far worse. Be aware that this could happen and have a plan about what to do if it does. I didn't have one and it set me way back.

I like the intr at the beginning of each session. I also like the ability to go back and revisit the message. It has allowed me to expand on my experience and take it into what I want to concentrate on moving forward. I have found that as each session has concluded I am coming out of them quicker. What does this mean? I am absorbing more and my pathways are broadening? or I am getting used to the medicine? I am just learning so I hope to give a more detailed assessment by the end but as of now, you have great advocates working for you not only in the intro to a first session but in the integration sessions. I am going to join my second integration session tomorrow, Ashlie was a wonderful guide and the other women so helpful. I think your processes and options to get additional tools fantastic.
