It doesn’t work—oral ketamine is ineffective, there is absolutely no research to support this mode of ketamine therapy. Infusion is an amazing, curative treatment. Mindbloom is expensive, Customer service is horrendous—but above all: IT DOESNT WORK. Save your money for ketamine infusions which are highly effective. SCAM!!!

Here is my story: I will get my first medicine in my mailbox today. However, I can only schedule my first session in January. I can wait until January; that is not a big issue, although I expected to have it earlier. What concerned me is that I CAN NOT schedule my follow-up with my clinician because she has yet to have any available dates from today until never. I cannot schedule with anyone else because it does not give me that option. I contacted Mindbloom with this problem many times, and they ignored me until I sent an email stating that I would file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, MA Health Department (and licensing board), and the Consumer Fraud Protection Agency of the Attorney General, and putting it on social media. After this email, they answered me in minutes that the problems I had with the scheduling had escalated to the Clinician Team. That was three days ago. My clinician sent me medications, but there is still no available date for Follow-up consult with her. Yesterday I sent another email to Midbloom asking for any news regarding scheduling my follow-up. Of course, they did not answer me. My clinician and the company have abandoned me, and I have had enough. Also, I plan to contact the press and TV channels. If they would only explain what is going on, why I cannot schedule any appointments with my, or any other, clinician, and give me a plan. But no, totally and absolute ignorance and abandoned. But they diligently charge my credit card. No issue there. This is Mindblowing, not Mind blooming. They pushed me to the edge. To Mindbloom, do not delete this comment. I took the screenshot and am writing a complaint to the Consumer Fraud Protection Agency of the Attorney General in MA.

Mindbloom has been ignoring my request for help in finding a clinician to start my treatment for over 72 hours. They were happy to take my money but now they won’t provide me with the service I paid for.

I Did 6 treatments of Ketamine via IV with a local comapny and it was an amazing experience. From the start with Mindbloom it has been regretful. In the consult, which you have to pay to receive, I was told it would be similar. Not even close. I literally got nothing. Oh.. try to contact them? Nope. No number and the email I sent about my dissatisfaction was returned 4 days later with no reference at all to mu complaint, rather an appointment with my clinician to adjust my dosage. WHAT! DON'T use these guys. Any issue and you have no way to speak with anyone. AMEX if fighting them for me now. Terrible service to people who are hurting. I am telling ALL of my clients about Mindbloom and to avoid at all costs! And they wont even speak directly to me They work through their contracted guides...

Their "guides" are life coaches and people who have an interest in psychedelic medicine. You aren't getting a real therapist like they make it seem. They schedule you in a way that you won't be able to follow the monthly billing schedule so that they can intentionally keep your money for services not used. They will fill your Rx but you won't be able to get in to start for a month - and by that time, it's time to re-bill you. Shady. To make matters worse, you are apparently at the mercy of your "guide" - mine repeatedly cancelled my initial session with no explanation and without asking me if it was even going to be a safe time for me to take the medication. After the 3rd appointment she cancelled (yes, she even cancelled my clinician follow up appointment - with a different person), I asked mindbloom for a partial refund for the guide portion since it had caused me MORE anxiety and tears than not, and their solution was to send me a link to a cancellation survey. This is after I explained that this was like a last resort treatment for me, how I was very desperate for it to work and feel better. They put more thought into their app's aesthetics than they did the actual program. It's pretty low to play games and scam people who are openly telling you they are at their lowest points of their lives. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ugh Mindbloom. I love that I was able to find my introduction to ketamine therapy through them but I do not recommend them. My first few experiences were good but then became ineffective. They kept upping the dosage. Even tried sending meds from a different pharmacy. My therapist quit, and looking back I could tell she was agitated when I kept telling her the medication was inconsistent. I think she knew there were issues. Pills were often crushed or powdery. I finally went to a competitive company -my experiences became consistent and reliable, I was taking 1000 mg w mindbloom and getting nothing , the competitor 400 mg and I had a consistent fufilling experience each and every time. Mindbloom is great otherwise. I love the playlists, app etc but their medication is horrible. It is inconsistent and ineffective. Due to this you start questioning yourself and that defeats the purpose of therapy. Run, do not walk to a different company. Mindbloom doesn’t have the correct pharmacies to be able to provide proper consistent Ketamine therapy.

This place is an overpriced drug dealer. To be clear, ketamine works awesome for my symptoms, but their support structure sucks and I left to do ketamine assisted psychotherapy with a local psychiatrist. The customer service was unresponsive, the guide I had was clearly inexperienced, and it costs a lot of money for pretty poor care. All I got was tons of (obviously) stock texts from my guide and my ONE integration session she just kept saying how she "heard me" and "thanks for telling me". Their marketing is so slick and "hip kid" that it kinda makes me gag. This is mental health, people.
