The rates are the best I've found. Wish the base rate was lower. Currently I'm not driving much as I work at home. I feel if we put on less miles should be rewarded with a lower base rate. Otherwise, customer service is efficient and quick to answer concerns! Overall, I would highly recommend to others.

I like the payment for the mileage and this would be perfect for anyone who drives throughout the month minimal (work to home) with in a few miles. May not be good if you drive longer (more than 30 minutes) throughout the month each day . The reminder to submit photo of odometer for payment may not always fall on a pay week but I try to schedule it to coincide with the pay Friday. So far no other problems with the insurance. Completely satisfied.

I believe more consideration/pricing should be given to young drivers that have taken the defensive driving classes, are straight A students, and live in more remote areas outside of metro Atlanta.

I d give it 5 stars if you had towing and easy access to view your account

I am so thankful that my daughter researched and found Mile Auto Insurance. I am a senior and I don’t drive a lot but I need to have a car for errands and visiting friends and family. In the past 5-10 years my insurance premiums have sky rocketed and I honestly couldn’t afford car insurance. I have a great driving record and I just wanted insurance that was reputable and responsible. Mile Auto Insurance has been a god send. Affordable and reputable and value me as a customer. Thank you Mike Auto!

I am working from home and barely go outside but still paying $115 or more every month. Ideally, it should be lower.
