Ordered on Dec 1st, items marked "shipped" on Dec 2nd. As of Dec 9th, USPS states they have not received the package. CS claims they shipped it and have record of it leaving but will not provide that record. First and only purchase I will make from Midway.

Ordered on 12/1. Midway claims package left 12/2. On 12/4 USPS says they have been notified of a package ready for shipment. Midway still claimed package left on 12/2. As of 12/5 USPS still waiting on package. USPS receives package on 12/6 at origin facility. Sorry I do not believe Midway and as others have mentioned they never seem to answer the phone. Basically took 5 days to get to shipper.

Good price. Fast shipping. Item was as described. However, during checkout, you need to avoid unnecessary add-ons like shipping up-charges and delivery insurance. You must uncheck the insurance or you'll be charged for it. Minus 1 star for the up-charging practices.

You would expect an order to arrive anywhere between 3 to 5 business days.. IF you order from MidwayUSA expect more like 3 to 5 business weeks ! Unbelievable ! Never again !

Average prices with a decent selection, but beware about price fluctuations or sales because they do not offer a price protection guarantee. I made the mistake of buying a trigger from them and a few days later it was somewhere around 25% off (and I haven't even received the trigger yet!). I would recommend going with someone that offers a price protection guarantee, especially around the holidays. This was my oversight and now I am paying the price.

Continuously try as I may to like the business. Each time of trying fault bites me in the bottom. I live less than 1.5 hours east from this place. Every time I order the idiots send my shipment 120 miles further east to Columbia Missouri. Then send it back to Kansas City. When discussed with this clan of wizards. They tell me to pay more for better shipping. NAH, that means I pay more for them to screw up my shipment and not get a refund. Never to purchase from them again!

Midway is my go to hunting supplies online shop. They have very prompt and knowledgeable customer service. Shipping is always fast, usually being shipped the next day. If there is a problem with an order, they always make everything right. I can't stress enough how wonderful this company is at putting customers first. I've been buying from them for years now, recently getting stocked up for gifts for the holidays. Already received my order. Excellent company.

I am surprised at the number of negative reviews. I have had nothing but great outcomes and experiences with Midway for at least 3 years. I have purchased guns, parts, cleaning supplies, ammo, optics... just about anything and everything gun related. Every order has shipped quickly, arrived earlier than expected, arrived well packed, undamaged, etc. Guns I have purchased went to my chosen FFL with no hassle whatsoever and arrived in beautiful, new condition. The prices are generally competitive. Of the many orders I have placed, 1 showed up missing a small item (bore brush). I called, spoke to a U.S. based person that arranged for the missing item to be shipped that day. I had it a couple days later. Sometimes I buy enough to get free shipping, sometimes I don't. But free or not, it saves me a trip to the multiple stores I would have to visit to get everything I can get from Midway, while sitting on my couch, or spending valuable time at the range. Worth every penny. Thanks Midway!
