I have placed sporadic orders with midway USA the last couple of years. Midway is not very good at understanding shipping. They believe the job is done when they box and ship your order. I am waiting on an order that was to be here Tuesday it is now Friday. The order made it as close as 150 miles but alas now is in a town 700 miles away according to tracking. I was willing to pay for full UPS Ground but could not select this with Midways free shipping promotion. They have no customer service available except during obscure day hours.

Got a tracking number on March 30th, had to file a claim today as the the tracking shows the package hasn't moved, just got a text update as of this writing at 8:13pm, my package has now moved, to St Louis, no shipping eta given, all this after I got a refund and a reorder, midway claims usps is to blame, I can't say, the first rep I dealt with told me I had to wait another week, he was unaware of a policy change, there's chaos at midway it seems, you've been warned. Last year their shipping was dead on perfect

Like a lot of the other bad reviews the shipping sucks. Never again will I order from them.

Ordered from them and 2 days later got a call to verify my address and card, all was confirmed and was told it'll be shipped. Waited a week and got a voicemail saying they'd tried to get in touch and couldn't so they've cancelled my order but I could re-order - Useless time wasters, AVOID.

You have better options with better pricing, customer service etc. High shipping rates and even worse shipping systems. Larry Potterfield is a shill and not the big NRA guy he says he is. Lies, damn lies and statistics. Good riddance, never buy here again after this last time which was not the first. Guess I am quick to forgive and slow to learn. Screwed around and lost a set of grips. Customer service sounds like they read off a card. Tells me wait three weeks then they will do something. I hate Amazon..(sometimes)...but at least they come through when they know it will cost them a customer they step up. These clowns don't care and you can hear it when they open their mouths. Just like Illinois politicians....if the mouth is moving they be lying!! I will just buy from either the manufacturer for parts, at least they will set it right and not make you wait AND hold onto your money, for three weeks. They just send the parts and tell you to keep the old one.....I would send back the other parts, the conscience thing ya' know, like honest people would. Unlike Midway USA.....Horse*hit Potterfield, just plain horse*hit!! Goodbye!

Twice I've ordered from midway and twice I'm let down. Package shows it's been sitting in New Orleans for 7 days, usps says they never got it. Called midway customer services and got blown off. I've already printed my return label ( for if it ever shows up) and re ordered from another vendor. I'll never do business with them again.

They act like they are fast at shipping I ordered on a Sunday and Monday morning I got notification that my order had shipped and they provided a tracking number. Then it showed the USPS was waiting for the package to get in there hands for 10 days Before it finally showed it was finally in USPS hands and moving. Now the projected delivery is Friday. Like 15 days for a order that was supposedly shipped the first business day morning after I ordered I contacted customer service. They had a projected delivery date And said they could do nothing until that date had past. And genuinely didn't seem to care I likely will never order from them again

Package showed printed and sent to USPS. A week later same status shown. Contacted customer service which was no help so asked to speak to a supervisor. Put on hold for 15 minutes then was hung up on. Called back waited another 15 minutes to get to a Supervisor. Supervisor was no help whatsoever. Basically they say there is nothing they can do for three weeks or more. All they need to do is have USPS track where it is and if not found reported as stolen but Midway USA customer service rather do nothing and leave it up to the customer to be pissed and use up there time instead.
