They shipped me the wrong item, not what I had ordered. They wanted me to return the wrong item that was sent to me BEFORE they would ship the right item that I had paid for already - a delay of at least four days! Escalated, and finally got agreement to ship correct item ASAP, and I would also return item if they sent me a pre-paid label by email, but NOOOOOO, I have to use their twenty-five step process to return something from my order - that isn't even on my order!!! So effed up - I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

3/9/21 Received product that was shipped to the wrong address. After contacting Midway USA I was told that I had to contact the supplier for shipping cost ship product to the correct address. Question why am I the customer having to contact Midway vendor. I purchased the item from Midway. The customer service after numerous e mails makes this out to be my responsability.

This used to be a great company.....now not so much. They are the last company that I thought would price gauge but they are taking advantage of a bad situation and screwing their customers. I work in the appliance industry and we have a severe shortage of appliances but I'm not charging my customers more just because I can. No morals or ethics with Midway....they should be ashamed of how they do business. They just lost a long time customer because of greed.

Free shipping has become a joke at Midway. It’s hard for me to find any qualifying items that I need. The items I need are eliminated for quantity restriction. I understand having a quantity limit on some items such as bullets and primers but, end caps for a wet tumbler?,media sifter?, case holder for a trimmer? Who orders more than one of these things anyway? The restriction however forces you to either buy products you really don’t need or pay that big shipping cost.

High prices on products. Exorbitant shipping rates. Inadequate shipping materials. Items should've been in a box not an envelope, especially how much you charge for shipping. Now you're just flat out price gouging on many items. I'll happily shop else where. MidwayUSA is straight TRASH!

Lost a 20 year plus customer today over a 23 dollar item. Stayed on hold for over an hour trying to get a replacement for item lost in shipping and they will not make it right. Have spent over 2500.00 in last 2 months and was about to order 6-700 more if they got this situation straightened out. Use to be a great place to order from,, but not that way anymore Buyers Beware

So I placed a order on February 17th 9 days later no package that I paid 2 ship and customer service says sorry wr can't do anything 4 you 1st and last dealing with midway usa
