Ignore all these negative nellys. I've been ordering from Midway for 20 years and they are solid. My default go to for anything I can't get locally. Always fast shipping for in stock stuff.

placed an order then they said it was delivered. Not in the locked mailbox? Wonder where it was delivered to. asked to postal guy the next say and he doesn't remember delivering any small box in my neighborhood. Let Midway know about the missing package and got the wait 5 days and let us know again. Since I needed those items i went and reordered from another company. This is not the first time my order got lost from them.

Ordered a Browning trap gun at 4 on Saturday afternoon. Showed up at my FFL dealer in Ohio at 10 Wednesday morning. Excellent condition! No complaints whatsoever!

I have mostly loved loved loved much of what Midway USA has provided to me as a customer. That being said the moment something hasn’t gone right…. They are nowhere near. It really pains me because I have spent 000’s this year alone. But I will not trust another order…. ever. I know if there’s a problem they will not be there and literally don’t care.

They required me to pay for return shipping when their product description was lacking.

Paid extra for shipping to arrive and it missed the date. They refused to reimburse shipping because they are estimates. Will not purchase again from them.

MidwayUSA's free shipping on orders over $100 is just a lie. Try another company first...even if they are Roy's pal. You may get what you order, but you WILL pay up big.

Accidentally used wrong payment information. When I called to correct it I got told I am being blocked from ordering on their site. Treating customers like criminals is probably not the best business tactic.
