I ordered a simple rifle add-on part. They never shipped it. When I logged in, it merely stated, "cancel processing." I never received any cancellation notice from them or any correspondence whatsoever regarding the order. Midway's business practices are less than professional to say the least. I will never give them the opportunity to mistreat me again.

The quality of Midway's customer service has dramatically slipped over the past 2 years. They are now defaulting to a third-party "shipping protection" called Extend. One of my recent packages was lost by USPS, and when I called Midway Customer Service, I was informed that they could do "nothing" and that I needed to file a claim with Extend. I filed the claim, and Extend denied the claim without giving any reason. I'm now out the cost of the item, the shipping, tax and the shipping protection fee. My only recourse is to file a claim with my credit card company, letting them know that Midway does nothing for its customers. Sad, really. This used to be a fantastic company.

I will NEVER order from this place again. Like everyone else has said they deliberately ship your order all over the country and then tell you “sir, it’s moving” then hang up on you. Anthony was the biggest A-hole I’ve spoken to in awhile. Horrible company, please be advised…

We bought a Caldwell Target Camera in February 2026 from Midway thru Amazon. Despite numerous attempts over 2 months to get it connected to the App on our phone, it would not connect. Finally called Caldwell and they informed us that the Target Camera will not work with the updates on the Android phones and we needed to send it back to Midway. Bottom line, Midway said they would take the DEFECTIVE Target Camera back but only if we had the original shipping box. Who keeps boxes months later? So, with the knowledge that we did not have the box, Midway's position to a $300 Target Camera was ....oh well, so sad too bad; call Caldwell and tell them your problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MIDWAY USA. The Potterfields and their CEO, Fleming, should be ashamed of themselves. They have no customer loyalty or integrity if they do not back defective products because they can't have their original box back !!!

Order placed with free shipping. Order was partial shipped and I was charged shipping and would have paid shipping again for the remaining back ordered items. They will apparently not honor the pricing provided when you check out on their website. This is bad policy. I received (8) items for the price for (10) at a check out. I contacted customer service and they would not honor the price at check out. There is not clear statement about their back order policy concerning free shipping on their website. I will not do business with companies that do not honer the price on the order when I check out.

I purchased a product valued over $250 which guarantees free shipping. There was a $5 shipping option that gave an arrival date within the week and Friday being the latest arrival time. I paid for this option, but the package didn't ship until Thursday. Needless to say I didn't receive my package on time. When I called to get a refund, I was told that refunds weren't given on shipping and that the date that I paid to have it delivered on wasn't a guarantee. The representative also lied and said that the delay was because of the postal service, the tracking specifically stated that the post office had not yet received the package. Their faster shipping options are a scam to rake in extra money from customers.

Received a long term agreement with a major manufacturer that uses products available at MidwayUSA in mass quantity. After a week, the product that was supposed be delivered today, still hasn't been shipped. BIG MISTAKE putting my trust in this company to deliver on time.

Called them to get an update on a delayed order after a week. They told me to call back in another week. No help or explanation. Their customer service has being going downhill for awhile and this is my last order I am placing with them. I have ordered from them for over 10 years. Service gets worse every year. Also, do not trust their reviews on products. I have had a couple that they published but a few that were never published. It seems that reviews that may be more critical of a product get tossed more frequently. Check out the other Trustpilot reviews and google some reviews. I was surprised at the amount of bad reviews they are receiving. Poor reviews are going to happen occasionally but Midway USA has an exceedingly large amount of them.
