I have an appointment for 11:00AM for oil change & tire rotation first of all I entered in & I said I have appointments for this & he said $70 for oil change & $15 for tire rotation & I said on phone call while making an appointment you said $10 for tires rotation & he said ok than it's $10 & I was like 🤔😃 . it's been an hour they are just passing around & doing nothing. they're taking other 2 car then take mine in . after & hour he come up with some papers that you got this problem & those problem & I said car drives perfectly fine I don't wanna change anything on it . After 5 minute he come up we are done with it. & I said I was sitting there for 1 hour & 10 minutes I didn't see they rotate a tires & he said let me make sure with them he comes back and said you're right just five more minutes then I go ahead asked him 😄 can you make sure did they change oil . He said of course they did I saw them , but I still doubt they didn't rotate tires properly. What a bogus place this is my first & last time there. what a horrible experience. I would rate in negative if it's possible

Blijf weg bij Midas Sint Niklaas ! Dat zijn gewoon een bende amateurs . Heb schade aan de wagen na het plaatsen van remblokken en liegen zich er gewoon uit met goedkope leugens blijf gewoon bij je eigen merkgarage dan betaal je iets meer maar word je wel geholpen door professionele mensen !

I took my car in JUST for a OIL CHANGE a Cadillac XTS, NO engine light's were on when I bought it in. When they got done my check engine light came on 5 mintutes after I left. I took it back the next day, tech Ju that worked on it show me why my check engine light was on, I had a BIG CUT in my intake holes right were he had been working because he stated he checked my air filter in that same area. Now he stated that he didn't do it but how else did it happen? My check engine light wasn't on before...I informed the manager Reggie THAT WAS A WASTE OF TIME..DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE...MIDAS ON COLDWATER.....SMH

Staff was very friendly! They were both communicative and educational with options for my car!

I got a very convenient appointment at the Hyannis Midas and Tire facility and the work was completed in less time than I had expected. They explained just what they had done and what else they noticed while doing it. This was my 2nd time of service beyond today's norm by them and I hope they are recognized for it. Thanks and recommendations!

I had purchase a new battery back in Nov of 2021 from autozone and in Sept of 2022 I had left my truck lights on and had to call AAA to come give me a jump, I told the driver I just bought that battery and cant believe I left my lights on. I saw that I had my new battery standing there watching him hook up the jumper cables. In Oct of 2022 my starter went bad and took it to Midas and left it there and told him I would come back, he called after it sitting there for 6 hours that he would not be able to get to it and I would need to come pick it up, when I started the truck everything on my dash was reset like if you removed the battery cable. I thought that was weird but didnt bother to look under the hood. In Nov of 2022 my truck would be lagging on starting so I popped the hood and notice the battery was not the same battery but took it back to firestone and said it was not starting right, the guy said your battery is bad, i said it couldn't be because it was a new battery and I would take to AutoZone to replace it was under warranty. well AutoZone said the battery was not there battery I purchased, they didn't sell that kind of battery. I called firestone no they don't sell that type but Midas did, and then I remember when I picked up the truck my settings were reset from the battery being disconnected. Now I can not prove this in the court of law but I know the mechanic at Midas took my new battery and switched it with a bad battery. It had corrosion coming out the side. I cant stand Midas, I have had other issues with them in the past. My advise when ever you get oil change or work done always check that they did it, and if you gut tells you to check, listen. The worst part is the Manager would not even consider talking with the mechanic he claimed the guy worked there for long time and would not steal. Everyone does stupid things and dont think about the consequences.

After my mechanic retired, I went to Midas as it was close by. I would recommend the King of Prussia Midas Service Station to everyone based on my experiences there over the past 4 months.My car was there for 2 -3 different problems, all were fixed at a reasonable cost. Mike Anderson was great at explaining each issue and how it would be fixed.I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

1 ste en laatste keer onderhoud laten doen bij Midas ! Helemaal niet tevreden. Groot onderhoud gevraagd nieuwe airco filter en gevraagd om een lamp te vervangen wat kapot was Ging rond de 330 euro kosten normaal en ging ongeveer 2 uur duren Na 2 uur bellen ze me dat ook de rem schijven en batterij moeten vervangen worden en dat het op 765 euro zou komen Uiteindelijk toch laten doen omdat ik dacht dat het echt nodig was. Auto bijna ganse dag kwijt geweest. S middags iets uit mijn auto gaan halen en niemand te bespeuren in de garage Mijn auto sleutels zaten op mijn auto. Mijn papieren lagen open en bloot ze waren gaan eten maar de garage was gewoon open en niemand kwam op de bel af. Voor zelfde geld rijd iemand met mijn auto weg !! Toen ik auto uiteindelijk ging halen bleken enkel de voorste rem schijven vervangen voor dat geld en mijn lamp was niet gemaakt. Die had zogezegd slecht contact en was normaal nog een uur werk om die lamp volledig los te nemen en dat te herstellen. Daarvoor moest k hem dan nog andere keer binnen brengen Nadien ergens anders gewoon lamp laten vervangen en was direct opgelost. Had dus totaal geen slecht contact. Was gewoon om me nog meer geld af te troggelen. Een dikke bende oplichters zijn het !!! Nooit nog Midas voor mij
