Midas in Grove City Ohio did a great job and I will be back

Midas in Lake Elsinore -These employees were extremely helpful and went out of their way to solve my problems.

I Submitted information for an estimate on a brake repair. This was last week! I'm still waiting!

I was able to get in and out reasonably and expert repairs were performed staff very pleasant and courteous will recommend to friends. Service Writer: PEARLETTA FOX was very knowledgable and is an asset to your business. I have worked with her in the past.

I go to this Midas because of the convenience. They usually can see me without an appointment. The problem is every time I try to use a coupon the manager comes up with some kind of an excuse as to why I can't use it. The coupon clearly states the exclusions and the manager will always say it also doesn't include this or that. Even though the disclaimer on the coupon doesn't say it. It's very shady. I will not be going back and I have spent thousands of dollars since I moved to the North hills 6 years ago at this location. I tried calling the Midas customer service but they said they will refer to the complaint to the store manager and that person will get back to me. The problem is the store manager is the one who over the years keeps on denying me the coupons.

DO NOT COME to Midas Auto Repair Service in West Sacramento. Address: 853 Jefferson Blvd, West Sacramento, CA 95691 DO NOT COME HERE! This Auto repair service shop scamed me for inflated parts costs. My check engine light came on. After running diagnostics, they told me the replacement of the intake boot. They charged me for this part $184. Plus, they charged me $65 for labor. I felt uncomfortable about the price, but they assured me that this is the cheapest price for this part and I agreed to replace it. Replacing intake boot did not solve the problem. My check engine light still on. Later I decided to double check the price As same in O'Reilly Auto Parts store, as in Auto Parts at AutoZone store, I found the price for Air Intake Boot part - $94. This auto shop scamed me. I payed my money for fake work. If you don't want to feel fool, DO NOT get your vehicle worked on here but if you must be sure to get a second quote at another auto shop before agreeing to anything.
