I go to the Midas in Hadley, Massachusetts. They have always been very efficient, friendly and helpful. Today I want to compliment Jason who helped me when I arrived unannounced, with a mysterious noise coming from a back tire. He was fast and efficient and took care of it immediately for which I am very grateful. An excellent shop all around.

I made an appointment the day before going to this store for an oil change, and I'd forgotten about it just that quick. I was glad to have received a phone call from the shop to remind me of my appointment that morning! When I got there, Tim( the tool man) took my info and got my truck pulled in right away. He offered coffee or a drink free on the house, and told me it shouldnt take long...and he was right. He was personable and professional, and made the experience a pleasant one...something I hadnt even considered. I'll definitely be taking my vehicle there for future automotive needs!! Leo Epson Jr

Since the new owners took over a couple years ago I take my car to this shop for everything: brakes, alignments, tires, all things mechanical..These are real mechanics offering to help. Once again I am impressed by the quality of staff and their work..Helena, Cheryl, and mechanic Delbert. Today I was there for an oil change. At no extra cost, they had my car up on the hoist checking everything. They took pictures of the air filter, oil level, battery charge, tire pressure etc. I got all this attention for the price of an oil change. Thank you to the excellent staff today : Helena, Cheryl and Delbert. I will never go anywhere else.

Overcharged for a brake job and would not set my parking brake to the setting it had when I dropped it off. All sorts of bs. Said ALL car companies recommend setting to 7 clicks, 4 clicks would result in the cable rusting and it would brake and all sorts of problems not specified. Car companies recommend that the wheels should turn freely and specify a torque that can be applied by the lever.

I was in Mesa for a month. Wanted to get my trailer brakes repaired before the day I was moving campgrounds so I called 2 weeks in advance and asked if they did trailer brakes. They asked for the make of the trailer and I told them it was a 2022 Forest River, 30 ft and that I was pulling it with a 1 ton long box Ram so I was concerned about getting in/out of that location. They said they could do it, scheduled me for an 8 am and said they’d order the parts. I stopped in 2 days before my appointment to make sure they could still do the work and did I need to leave my truck hooked up while they did the work. He said no I would unhook and they would do the work in the parking lot. I got up early to get everything loaded up, drove to Midas and sat there Finally someone came out and asked if I was getting the trailer brakes and I said yes. He went in to talk to the boss came out and told me they couldn’t do the trailer. He said that there were several trailer places down the road. I said I’d asked when I made the appointment 2 weeks earlier and they’d said it was ok and that now, 2 weeks later and was going to have to wait to get in anywhere. I then had to back my trailer out onto the Main Street where I couldn’t see oncoming traffic.

I went to Midas in Decatur Ga and they quoted me $1200.00 worth of work to be done on my car. The break system. I got a second opinion and they were going to rob me blind. None of what they said that was wrong about my car was true.. I got proof. They lie and are wrong for jacking their prices up and tell you all the things that are wrong…$1299.00 worth I just got my car fixed for $154.00!!!!! Do not trust anything they say!! Run the other way. Do not believe anything they say….

Stay away from the Midas in Marlborough, The price markup they do on parts is outrageous They put Rebuilt Advance auto parts rear calipers on my car, the price at Advance is 181dollars,the charged me 289 per caliper,(plus labor) i asked for my old ones back and they said they would charge me 50 dollars each as the get a 65 dollar core refund back on each one, making there price 116 per caliper,Other prts that were also put in were marked up over 159 dollars each. The manager (Michael) was combative and said thats just the way it is,This place was so much better when Mustang Mike was there,This will be forwarded to corporate as wall as the BBB,Not to mention they broke parts during install so the car had to sit over the weekend,
