I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this was a frustrating experience. I purchased a computer here that had random crashing issues almost immediately after purchase. I brought it back within the return window and was told they could not fix it and that I needed to contact the manufacturer directly. I attempted to do that, but the manufacturer was overseas and never provided meaningful support. Months later I brought the computer back again, and the store acknowledged the issue by taking it in, but ultimately told me there was nothing they could do. What disappointed me most was not just the defective product, but the complete lack of accountability or customer support after the sale. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the issue and ended up stuck with a malfunctioning computer and no real help from either the store or manufacturer. I would strongly recommend being cautious when purchasing electronics here, especially products where warranty or technical support may depend on overseas manufacturers.What makes this even more disappointing is that I originally came in intending to buy a different computer that was actually less expensive and in stock. The sales associate strongly pushed me toward this GMKTEC system instead, presenting it as the better option. It turned out to be one of the worst electronics purchases I've made. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about upselling tactics here and do your own research before letting staff steer you into a different product.

Called the service center, prior to driving 45 minutes to this place. On the phone customer service expressed that they were not able to give me a cost or even an estimation for the parts for my laptop, that I would have to visit the center to ascertain the cost of the parts. When i arrived at center they expressed that they do not sell these parts and further expressed that their service was tied into ascertaining the parts....incredibly dishonest..Run away from these people . Not credible

Although I had great customer service with Jon Falls, the STORE let me down in Charlotte by providing an invalid product key (or disabling it). Am on the phone waiting for a Micro Center Tech Support member now.

I brought my laptop into Micro Center (Elston Ave) to see if they could repair my broken laptop screen. At intake, the service receipt notes that the screen was cracked but still displaying, and that the device was functioning and outputting to an external monitor. I was later told they could not source parts for the brand of laptop and the device was returned to me without repair. However, when I picked it up, the screen was completely black with no display at all—different from the condition documented at drop-off. When I asked about the change, I was told no work had been performed and that I would need to pay $80 for a diagnostic to determine what changed while it was in their possession. I understand policies around diagnostics, but I was disappointed that no effort was made to recheck the device given the change in the laptop’s condition. Sharing this so others are aware of how situations like this are handled.

I bought an MSI motherboard from Micro Center and it destroyed two SSDs that were worth nearly 600 dollars. I took the motherboard back to Micro Center were they charged me 80 more dollars to test the motherboard I purchased from them and they confirmed what I thought, the motherboard was faulty and and was the cause of both SSDs being destroyed. They gave me a quote for a new motherboard and told me i would have to deal with MSI myself. This should be unacceptable as every step of the way was through Micro Center, I didn't buy anything from MSI I bought it from Micro Center and they don't stand behind what they sell.

I order a monitor and a usb power supply that was supposed to be in stock. After a few days Micro Center cancelled my order for the monitor and shipped the unneeded power supply. I was told I would have to order the monitor again if I wanted it. When I asked about paying for shipping again they stopped trying to help me. To many fails on my first order with this simple order.

This company is an absolute scam. I cannot tell you the horrors I experienced with this company and Amazon in fact, it was so bad I dropped doing business with Amazon because of it. First Office sent me the wrong item. The item I ordered was supposed to be an excellent condition. It was beat up so bad look like it was thrown out of a car window do not work. And It was the wrong item. Never had a Warser experience in my life
