High quality, easy to use and so beautiful omg! No more waxing and no more Pain for me anymore. It leaves my face smooth and doesn’t even make hair thicker

11/10/25 This was eventually rectified and my order received. It took over a month 1/2 from what I recall. I have been using the product ever since which I’ve been happy with. I’m going to update this to 4 stars to be fair. I have not received my order for a Sonicsmooth Pro System which was placed on 11/22/24. I have sent 5 emails regarding order status. Each reply is responded with "Thank you for reaching out. We received your message; we would love to help troubleshoot and provide some tips to ensure you’re getting the best results with your order". I have contacted customer support telephone line @ 772-446-0149 and it refers me back to the customerservice email support. I have been given a tracking # and confirmation stating my order was accepted and they are getting it ready, and to come back to the page for updates. To date, there are no updates. ...

Ordered the sonic smooth tool on November 26th, still haven’t received it, on December 2nd I received an email saying it had shipped….its December 15th and still no tool or no communications

I wanted to love this but it doesn’t remove any peach fuzz from my face. Don’t waste your money.

Doesn’t work AT ALL!! Waste of money. Left my fuzzy peach face a fuzzy peach face. Tried all the settings and fittings and nothing worked. Just another internet gadget that is a load of crap. Don’t bother wasting your money 💰

I am so sick of the ads that pop up on my phone by this company showing WOMEN SHAVING their faces. GROSS! I can’t even stand watching! Really???…women canceling face lift and eye lid surgeries bc shaving is really all they needed…HAHA! And these ads are EVERYWHERE !! Can they not think of any other advertisement??? Do they not have any other products???

The customer service number goes to voicemail. Refunds are at your expense. The whole thing is scam. I'm contacting my bank and reversing the charges ASAP. The positive reviews are fake as a $3 bill.

This machine cut my face terribly! When I sent a message to customer service, they did not respond! YOU WILL NOT GET HELP this machine is awful!
