I had an issue with an order in the last day that was appropriately and effectively resolved by the customer service team.

I placed an order on Saturday, January 12, 2025 and a little while later that day, I emailed customer service to cancel my order as it was a gift for someone but I told the recipients partner about it and found out the person it was being gifted too was having some health issues that wouldn’t allow them to use a product like this and I did not know that. Customer service never emailed me back and the next day I emailed them once more and a few hours went by, got an email saying my order was being prepped to ship so I emailed customer service once again asking them to cancel it as soon as possible. All 3 times I tried getting in touch, I received no response from their customer service team. Now I have this product I don’t want being shipped to me and in order to return an item, I have to contact their customer service to start a return but I doubt that will happen as the company’s customer service team seems to not answer or respond to emails. So I’m going to be out money due to this company’s horrible customer service. I would rather buy their products from Ulta or one of those store rather than direct from their website as at least Ulta will actually respond to emails.

I have the Sonicsmooth Pro+, I was skeptical at first but then I loved it. Easy to use and this is my second time using this product, so far so good.
