Rec’d gift of their sonicsmooth and…
Rec’d gift of their sonicsmooth and cant use it - way too rough for my skin. Person who paid for the gift trying to create label so I can return but company doesn’t respond - u get 30 days to return - and thr little device is nearly identical to one in cvs for $10.

I was so distraught when my Sonicsmooth…
I was so distraught when my Sonicsmooth dermaplane stopped working. I immediately contacted customer service and Alla, walked me through a process on how to recharge the machine. Unfortunately this did not work , Alla then sent an email to inform me that my appliance would be replaced! Five start customer service!

Got the sonicsmooth pro and love it!! It's honestly super easy and convenient to use. Removes all the peach fuzz. debris, and left over makeup. You can instantly feel your skin super smooth, soft, and clean. The battery last a long time . Would recommend to everyone out there who is skeptical about this product. You need it, such a game changer!
