The customer service and support are very good. I liked the size of the shaving head, but it’s an expensive device, so I will continue to use my old hair trimmer, and return this one

My New Weekly Indulgence!
I’m so thrilled that I was gifted Sonicsmooth Pro+ to upgrade my daily skincare routine. I easily charged and assembled the system and have to say this is really professional quality dermaplaning and microdermabrasion done at home. This is my new weekly indulgence because my complexion is glowing! Sonicsmooth Pro+ is SO simple to use. I was a little nervous to use the device at first but the instruction guide and the LED light were perfect to help me get started. I am amazed by how soft, smooth, and refreshed my complexion looks after the very first use. Definitely as effective as expensive beauty treatments and my results are just as fabulous.

Bye to dull winter skin
I used the Sonicsmooth Pro+ device and love it! I previously used cheap plastic razors that did an ok job. This device has an LED light that shows you where the peach fuzz is so you do not miss a spot. My face was visibly brighter, more vibrant and so smooth after using it. My winter skin gained some color and freshness back in just one use.

Not worth the money!
My stars relate to the customer service only. Hello - I was very excited to try this product as I was targeted on social media for a while. I followed all of the directions, and it just does not get the hair off. My inexpensive manual dermaplane sticks work better. Also, the charging makes me nervous with all of the rules - charge 12 hours, never leave on longer than 24. I appreciate the customer service team and how they have addressed my concerns. Thank you for that!
