I have very sensitive
I have very sensitive, problem skin and was not able to use this product. Once I got past the AI generated responses to my inquiries, Alissa was very helpful and prompt in her response. She made a frustrating experience much better.

I was really impressed with the customer service I received at Michael Todd Beauty. I had ordered a product from MTB before checking with my dermatologist. Shortly thereafter, I found out I couldn't use that particular product due to my specific skin condition. When I reached out to MTB to process a return, it was such a breeze! I was able to get in touch with someone quickly and they were very kind and efficient in processing my refund. I will absolutely do business with Michael Todd Beauty again.

Great Customer Service!
I purchased the Sonicsmooth Pro+ System. It was well packaged and looked like a great product, but unfortunately it did not work for me. I contacted customer service to find out how I could return the product. I received automatic emails advising how I could better use the product, but I was still not pleased with the product. I emailed customer service again and received the same automatic email advising how to use the product properly. Then I received an email from Dina in customer service apologizing about the automated responses, and she understood that I was expecting a different experience from this product. She informed me that I would get a refund. That's customer service at its best!!

LOVE the SonicSmooth Pro+
I used the SonicSmooth Pro+ to dermaplane my face and loved the results!! The device is incredibly gentle yet effective in removing my dry skin and peach fuzz. My skin looks so glowy and my makeup applies better now!
