Fantastic customer service experience
This company truly understands its customers, and the service is wonderful. It took a few steps to have my issue resolved, but I had clear, responsive communication the entire time. The product itself is also great! It's convenient to use at home at my leisure and is easy to use!

Great Customer Service
I’ve been using my SonicSmooth Pro for a year and I really like the results. It is easy to use and leaves my skin so smooth and healthy. I recently had to contact customer service regarding a problem with my unit. They were quick to respond and super helpful in resolving my issue!

Michael Todd Beauty customer service is excellent. I had an issue with my charger. I sent an email and they answered promptly. They are sending out a new device. You don't often see this kind of service. Thanks Kaylee!

The Sonicsmooth razor is ineffective and dangerous
The Sonicsmooth razor is ineffective at removing peach fuzz. I am left with a patchy result and painful cuts on my face every time. Do not waste your money. In my opinion, this is the worst derma plane razor I have tried.

That’s definitely not the kind of result we want anyone to have, and we’d love the chance to make it right for you. What you’re describing may be due to the blade tip not being fully clicked into place—we’ve seen that cause patchy results and even discomfort. We always recommend pushing the tip all the way in until you hear a distinct click to ensure it’s secure and working properly. Also, using a pretreatment oil (like jojoba or rosehip) can help the blade glide more smoothly and gently across the skin. Great customer service
The Sonic smooth works really well, and I've very happy with the results. I had an issue with the Hair Identifier Spray can, wrote the company, and they immediately sent me a replacement at no charge. Really great customer service.
